Sample Network Display How it all works: Package Contents: https://github.com/zerotier/ZeroTierSynology/tree/master/package/zerotier Essentially, the package is a standard install of ZeroTier much like you'd find on any other linux system, but with a few tweaks. It consists of two pre-compiled binaries zerotier-one.x86_64 and zerotier-one.armv7 which are automatically selected and installed on startup.
We've had to add a few things to make this package work on Synology devices:The GUI is proxied via /var/lib/zerotier-one/ztui_server.js on port 3090 and thus the GUI version has a dependency on NodeJS4 A watchdog script /var/lib/zerotier-one/ztui_watchdog.sh is responsible for reloading the TUN kernel module, re-loading routes, and keeping the GUI proxy up. A couple of notes The package currently does not support HTTPS in the GUI. Tested on (DSM >=6.0): DS216+II DS916+II DS410j DS414j DS416j
